Today, you sit down again to spend time with him.

Every time you are here, you expect to receive a revelation, to see him face to face, and to hear his voice.

And you know you also need to intercede for your people. It’s a burden that is constantly in your heart. But you are hopeful because he has promised an answer.

But today is different. You are quiet. Perhaps because it seems that you have already said everything that needs to be.

You close your eyes, and just like a movie before you, you see Jesus going up a mountain in the dark of the night.

And as he reaches the summit, he approaches the same spot. He bends his knees to pray, “Father…”

You wonder what he is praying for. Does he lack anything?

You wonder how he talks to his Father. Is he like a child?

And you realize that he is also God. He is the Son of God. Everything is created through him, and for him. Everything exists through him, and for him. He was the architect in the creation. What intimacy they shared — the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. They were all excited for the human race to come — for the fellowship and the…
